1. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• If your return is rejected, we will provide you with reasons for the rejection and arrange for the item to be shipped back to you at your expense, if requested.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

3. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
